We have recommended several options for accommodation in Rome depending on your expectations and location requirements. If your budget is more limited, here are some addresses where you can find cheap accommodation in Rome:

L’Ostello Des Artistes is not a hostel like the others: the rooms are spacious and decorated in a rustic way. We quickly forget that this is a hostel! It offers private or dormitory rooms, from €23 per night. The staff is very welcoming and the two metro lines as well as the train station are located a few minutes away, which is convenient for getting around the city. A very good choice where to stay in Rome for cheap.
If you have a car, Camping Village Rome is a good compromise as it is located on the outskirts. It allows you to rent chalets or bungalows from only €30 for the night! Knowing that the accommodations are modern, clean, and contain everything you need for your comfort, it is a very good value for money. You can reach the Vatican in just 15 minutes. On top of that, you can enjoy the campsite’s swimming pool! The best place to stay in Rome with the family on the cheap and a good plan to stay around Rome.
In the Termini district, the RomeHello is a very suitable, comfortable youth hostel, with a generous breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. Located 1 km from the Trevi Fountain and a few minutes from a metro station, it is quite central and will allow you to do all the visits you want without worrying about transport. And it has the advantage of offering very economical prices, from €38 per night for a bed in a dormitory. A good place to stay in Rome on the cheap.
Casa Romagraziosa is a 44 m² apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people, for 40€. It is located in the Trionfale district so a bit out of the way, but a free shuttle service from the Battistini metro station is set up on request.
